1. How do you report?
All our reports are focused, detailed and professional. As well as reporting to you in person (typically by telephone), our report documents the presenting situation and clearly demonstrates we have undertaken an 'impact assessment', which shows we have considered the legality of each case. Our report then goes on to document the summarized results of our investigation and where applicable, our 'Observation Log' will objectively demonstrate the following: Date; time; place and factually what is observed. This section of the report will be supported by date and time stamped video evidence, which is gathered covertly, where doing so does not compromise surveillance.
Before deciding to instruct, our approachable matrimonial investigators/detectives answer all questions with expert understanding based on decades of experience. We aim to present objective professional advice and options, all in confidence and obligation-free.
Our reports are designed to allow the reader to clearly understand both the presenting situation, along with the resulting evidence; whether the reader be a Court in India or any other jurisdiction, a family member or any other third party.
2. What all information is required to be given to start the case?
We would need subject's name, address & photo; at-least. Further details such as vehicle number, contact number, email id, employment address, Facebook profile, etc would be useful. In case, if the address is not available, we can get the same, provided you have some basic input. Further, we request you to put any additional info / notes / background on the case which may come handy to us while investigating.
3. How you do it? Can I know your modus-operandi ?
We cannot reveal the exact modus-operandi but it is a mix of various modus-operandi such as surveillance, observation, discreet inquiries, social media analysis, use of spy gadgets, etc. But we do not make inquiries from subject's friends, relatives or neighbors as their opinion may be prejudice and the subject would know that someone is enquiring about him / her.
4. Is it necessary to disclose my identity?
We entirely respect your need of being anonymous. In-fact, with most of the clients communication takes place through email and phone. Alternatively, you can assign yourself a different name to hide your identity. In any case, you are in the safe hands when you are dealing with VIS.
5. Would subject come to know that I have hired you?
Absolutely, not. Maintaining confidentiality is of paramount importance in our line of profession. We realize this and ensure that no one is aware of our investigation by adopting full proof tested modus operandi.
6. What about confidentiality & discreetness?
Please be rest assured about confidentiality & discreetness; they are the main pillars of our agency. Being in the industry for over 5 decades, we have time tested methods which provides required output in strict confidential manner.
7. There are so many agencies these days, how can I be sure about quality output?
Yes, there are numerous agencies across India…many of them are overnight flyers, few others may stop answering your call, at-times such con detectives approaches the other party to get some money. So please be extremely careful about choosing the right agency.
8. Is hiring a detective agency a right choice?

11. Is the information provided by me would be kept confidential?
We have seen that many people do not come forward to hire a detective agency because of fear of being exposed (leaking of information). We understand how critical it is for you and your organisation to keep the matters under wrap. Therefore, all the information you provide and the result of the investigation is kept 100% confidential. We assign a code for each investigation for internal use and your identity is not disclosed even to our investigator. We destroy all the inormation after submitting you the final report. Moreover, we are not required to disclose our client's name or any of their details under any law to the government authorities.
12. How much it would cost me?
There is no generalized fee. The charge varies from case to case. Once we understand the scope of the case, we can let you know the charges. Our experience enables us to quote you the charges instantly.
13. What is the time frame for completion of the case?
It depends from case to case. we would let you know this before taking up the case. Generally, its around 15 days.
14. Do I need to sign an agreement?
There is no need as such to sign an agreement. But, if you desire then we can sign an agreement outlining the scope, charges, time frame and other terms & conditions. We encourage communication through email as it is in itself evidence, acceptable in court of law.

We accept all modes of payment such as cash, cheque, demand draft, credit / debit card. For international clients, we even accept Western Union & Moneygram.
